We all have biases – that is unavoidable. Whether it’s someone’s race and gender or perhaps their age and weight, we make assumptions about people based on biases and stereotypes. Whether we intend them to or not (unconscious), these biases can become harmful in our interactions with others and prevent us from building effective and authentic relationships. These biases can also lead to conflict. Through unconscious bias training, we will help your people become aware of their biases, develop strategies for overcoming them, and ultimately, help them become better team members as well as more collaborative, inclusive, and productive.
