Research shows that non-verbal cues account for 60% of all communication, whether in-person or online; your presence will always be affected by your ability to identify and express these non-verbal cues. Being able to accurately read and use the different types of non-verbal communication is crucial to having successful and effective interactions. Much like a picture, your facial expressions, gestures, body language, proxemics, etc. may also speak a thousand words and we want you to know what you’re saying. In this workshop, we will equip you with skills required to identify the different types of non-verbal communication and then use them effectively in your virtual and in-person interactions.
