In our ever-changing world, being change-friendly and adaptable is becoming the new competitive advantage. Our ability to cope and manage different stressors all stem from the degree to which we accept change and how we thrive in the face of it. When we are resistant to change, this not only prevents personal growth, but can also prevent us from identifying new opportunities, which can be detrimental to our long-term success. It is only when we accept that change is inevitable, that we can then take the necessary steps to adapt and have more control over our lives. As we become more adaptable, our change-friendliness wears off on others on our team too. In this workshop, we will cover the main types of change, different reactions to change, strategies to increase personal adaptability, and more!
