In the majority of interactions we have, whether it be personal or professional, we are almost always trying to convince others to part with resources, time, attention, or something else. Beyond sales and marketing, every part of the business should show how to advocate for their ideas (persuasion) and do it in an effective way (influence). A multitude of persuasive techniques exists that can help you motivate people to make certain decisions, and in this workshop, we will cover the elements of influence, how to structure persuasive communication, and potentially how to communicate changes as well.
