Challenge
L’Oréal sought training to align with key employee engagement themes over several months. They required interactive and engaging virtual sessions for over 200 participants, focusing on various skills within a cohesive monthly theme. With time frames of just 45 to 60 minutes, the challenge was to create meaningful and relevant content for a diverse audience, including those attending online and those commuting. The goal was to cultivate resilience, enabling employees to bounce back from various experiences and foster impactful workplace relationships. Additionally, L’Oréal aimed to support employees in effectively navigating change while enhancing their goal-setting and self-awareness skills.
