Challenge
Bertschi identified a valuable opportunity to enhance its training programs by investing in professional development for its diverse workforce. They initially approached SkillsCamp to explore innovative ideas and methods for creating a cohesive training solution. The goal was to expand their existing offerings, empowering employees to build essential skills relevant to their roles and daily responsibilities. This initiative aimed to foster both personal and professional growth while strengthening the overall effectiveness of their workforce.
SkillsCamp Solution
SkillsCamp designed, developed, and delivered two custom asynchronous online courses on Stress Management and Communication & Managing Conflict for Bertschi’s Learning Management System (Moodle). The project involved detailed timeline creation, consultations, curriculum design, reviews, approvals, and comprehensive project management to ensure timely delivery aligned with client needs.
Beginning with in-depth consultations, SkillsCamp gathered insights into Bertschi’s unique requirements to create a tailored learning experience. After reviewing discussions with key stakeholders, we developed a curriculum that strategically addressed priority areas for each topic.
Once approved, SkillsCamp developed course content, including slides, fillable activity workbooks, assessments, quizzes, and interactive elements, structured into concise modules of no more than 10 minutes each. After finalizing the content, SkillsCamp filmed each module, delivering a cohesive virtual course led by a live instructor.
Upon completion, we delivered a complete course package—videos, captions, slides, fillable PDF workbooks, and quizzes/assessments—formatted for seamless integration into Moodle. SkillsCamp also offered post-delivery support to ensure smooth integration and user experience.
