To improve the effectiveness of their recruiters, the Bank of Canada sought to enhance their communication and presentation skills. The goal was to ensure that recruiters could effectively engage with university students across the country during recruitment efforts.

SkillsCamp was engaged to develop a custom in-person training program focused on personal branding, networking, and public speaking. The program included:
- A focus group with summer university students to gather insights and feedback
- A full-day workshop for all recruiters
- Four one-on-one coaching sessions with ten recruiters as part of a pilot program
- A final half-day workshop to reinforce skills learned
- A comprehensive final report summarizing findings and recommendations
