Intuit is a global technology platform that helps its customers and communities overcome their most significant financial challenges. It serves millions of customers worldwide with TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp. 

Challenge

Intuit has implemented a more deliberate learning program for recent graduates and early talent as part of their onboarding process. It became apparent that these new hires needed to develop essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and the ability to provide feedback, in addition to technical skills. Providing training in these soft skills helped new hires better adapt to new situations and succeed at Intuit. Intuit has hired SkillsCamp to deliver these training programs over the last four years.

SkillsCamp Solution

From 2021 to present SkillsCamp has run programs on a series of 60-90 min live online sessions on soft skills in the Intuit Accelerator Program. This program was designed to help new college graduates maximize their talents and thrive at Intuit. The program combined confident & concise communication, delivering feedback, burnout & stress management, networking, personal branding, and many more.
