A learning strategist, coach, and systems thinker, Gina brings deep expertise in learning design, leadership development, and organizational culture. Her work focuses on building learning environments that strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, adaptability, and trust—skills that are critical for individuals, teams, and organizations navigating constant change.
With over a decade of experience working across sectors and geographies, Gina has designed and led learning initiatives for government agencies, founders, nonprofit leaders, and global organizations. Her leadership is grounded in a systems perspective informed by health equity and public policy, paired with a practical, people-centered approach shaped by her background as an entrepreneur and community organizer.
As Executive Director, Gina is responsible for stewarding SkillsCamp’s strategic vision, programs, and partnerships. She is committed to cultivating a learning culture—internally and with clients—where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
